min<\/p>\n<p>Ingr\u00e9dients pour \u20184<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Un demi paquet de crozets au safran,<\/li>\n<li>4 courges individuels jack be little,<\/li>\n<li>50 gr de cr\u00e8me fraiche,<\/li>\n<li>100 gr de cheddar r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Graines de courge grill\u00e9es pour la d\u00e9coration<\/li>\n<li>Une \u00e9chalotte, une gousse d\u2019ail,<\/li>\n<li>Poivre, sel,4 pinc\u00e9es de poudre de clous de girofle<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180 degr\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Faire cuire les mini courges enti\u00e8res \u00e0 la vapeur pendant 20 min. Sur une planche en bois, enlevez les chapeaux. Creusez d\u00e9licatement l\u2019int\u00e9rieur (pas trop), jetez les graines, conservez la chair.<\/p>\n<p>Dans une casserole faites suer une \u00e9chalotte et une gousse d\u2019ail, puis ajoutez la chair des courges et la cr\u00e8me fraiche. Ajoutez le sel, le poivre et le clou de girofle.
